Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Timeline

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly mentioned on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Courier partner delays

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping charges will apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in raising a ticket with the courier partner.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
